About Me

Hey there! I'm a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and Expressive Arts Therapist in Toronto. I specialize in queer neurodivergent therapy designed to create an affirming and safe space for queer, neurodivergent adults dealing with chronic illnesses like type 1 diabetes, endometriosis, and issues related to grief, loss, stress, burnout, and identity. My goal is to support you with empathy and understanding as we work together towards positive change and personal growth.

In our therapy sessions, I’m here to help you tackle life’s challenges, boost your resilience, and find ways to cope. Using a client-centered approach, I’ll support you in enhancing your mental well-being and live a fulfilling life.
